FAQ

Practical questions, answered plainly

How long is a session, and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly, especially at the start, though this can be adjusted as things go on.

What does it cost?

In-person sessions are €80–€110, depending on session length and personal circumstances. For online clients, further concessions may be available — this is worth raising directly if cost is a barrier.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes — a free 30-minute call comes first, to check the fit between us (approach, personality, practicalities) before any paid assessment begins.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I see clients in person in Cork, and online with clients anywhere in the world, including the UK.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in session is confidential, with the standard professional exceptions around risk of serious harm, which I'll explain clearly before we start.

How do I know if you're the right fit?

That's exactly what the free 30-minute call is for — a chance to talk through what's brought you here and see whether this feels right, with no obligation to continue if it isn't.

How do I book?

Get in touch by phone or email using the contact page, and we'll arrange your free initial call.
