FAQ

Practical questions, answered plainly

How long is a session, and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly, especially at the start, though this can be adjusted as things go on.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes — a free introductory call comes first, usually around 15 minutes, to check the fit between us (approach, personality, practicalities) before any paid assessment begins.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I see clients in person in Cork, and online with clients anywhere in the world, including the UK.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in session is confidential, with the standard professional exceptions around risk of serious harm, which I'll explain clearly before we start.

How do I know if you're the right fit?

That's exactly what the free introductory call is for — a chance to talk through what's brought you here and see whether this feels right, with no obligation to continue if it isn't.

How do I book?

Get in touch by phone or email using the contact page, and we'll arrange your free initial call.
