Anxiety can feel like living slightly ahead of yourself — braced for something, even when you can't always name what.
For some people anxiety is loud: racing thoughts, physical tension, panic. For others it's quieter — a background hum of worry, or a habit of over-preparing for things that haven't happened yet. Both are worth taking seriously.
Rather than only managing symptoms, therapy looks at what the anxiety is actually about — often something underneath the surface worry that hasn't had room to be looked at directly.
Sessions available in person in Cork, or online worldwide.
